Return and Replacement Policy:
- How to Return or Replace a Product:

- Our support team will guide you through the process, providing the necessary instructions and shipping details.
- After a thorough inspection, a return pickup will be scheduled. Upon successful pickup, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement based on your chosen resolution.
- The refund will be made using the original payment method, and the shipping charges will be excluded.
Note that failing the quality check during pickup renders the product ineligible for return or replacement.
- Conditions for Return or Exchange:
- Products must be returned with the original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories. In the case of damaged packaging, they will be ineligible.
- Used or altered products, as well as those damaged due to misuse, are not eligible.
- Return or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days from the product delivery date.
- Damaged, Defective, or Partial Order Resolution:
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, kindly reach out to our customer support team promptly within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Share relevant information along with photographs of the damaged or defective item to assist us in record-keeping.
- Based on your preference and product availability, we will initiate either a full refund or dispatch a replacement product. The process for obtaining a refund or replacement in such instances will follow the same procedure as outlined in Section 2.
- Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment dispatch. Once dispatched, the courier will make three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Refunds for prepaid orders may take up to 7 working days, with the shipping charge of INR 99 deducted.
